Just a follow up for those interested in the heating issue....I broke down and took it to Ford. What I thought was a squeaky Pully was in fact the Cam Phasers failing....that was a nice bonus. They also determined the Water Pump is bad and leaking and confirmed my suspicion of a bad front wheel...

Sorry about the Temp.....240F. 125C is over 250.....thats really cookin. I don't think a T Stat is the issue....it seems to work as the temps drop fast after i let off the throttle...that tells me there is still good flow, just not enough to keep up. my IATs are all good and low....my concern...
