The capacity of tankless is controlled by the size of your gas line.
If you don't have a big natural gas feed, you might not like tankless.
Propane has more BTUs per Cu.ft. than natural gas and it's generally easier to upsize the feed.
All of this back and forth on MPGs is pointless.
I'd bet nobody is hand calculcating and avergeing their MPG for every single fill-up. I'd suspect most are posting their "hero" tank. All highway driving, perfect weather, etc...

Again, it's SUPER obvious when shocks are worn out when there is a 100+ lb tire and wheel package at each corner.
The "system" you refer to is a spring and a damper- there's nothing else involved. Maybe you can't tell when the shocks no longer dampen the springs by simply driving the vehicle...
I said if they aren't leaking AND they are still damping the spring- they are fine. There is no magic mileage number when they are worn out.
I know shocks can wear internally and not leak. I've pulled off plenty of non-leaking shocks that were done. If they are leaking though- it's a clear...
It's the OK button that activates it and clears it. You have to do it quickly as you found out.
Preety odd feature really- considering they don't even come with a voltmeter.
