That sounds exactly like the el camino build I'm working on.

I went with Cobb's intercooler. Had no fitment issues adding the SVC baja bumper later.

It is just laying there between the spare and the wheel well. It stays in place good enough for me and I've offroaded this thing pretty hard with jumps and all its never moved from that place. And I went cheap with a 2 ton harbor freight jack, pro eagle would be sic but over priced imo. Works...

Yeah great idea, never get stuck if only I thought of that but occasionally the snow and mud gets a little deeper than my ego, haha. I've never heard of strapping to the UCA. I'd rather stick to frame mount locations if possible.
