I sent the pictures via email yesterday at 10am, received a reply around 2pm confirming information. And this morning at 7:30 it’s personally dropped off at the PO and I have a tracking number. Customer service at its finest.

Some great realtors may be able to earn the same or more. However, earning is the key term. What amazes me that buyers and sellers often don’t know how the realtor is paid.

It’s basically putting negotiations of commissions into the hands of the buyers and sellers instead of being a standard accepted 6%.

Thanks. You explained why I’m running them and gave me a possible lead on how to find one. First, I should have read the entire box before posting. Second, I did a second search, on a different device, and found exactly what I needed.
