They do seem replaceable. I have not found a replacement part though. Ball joints are usually pressed in/out.

The only reason I think I'm getting updates is because the dealership left me with no loaner for 2 weeks and no updates. So I called Ford customer service and they created a case. My rep is the one that got me into a vehicle the day before Thanksgiving. Best of luck. Fords customer service #...

Ford rep just emailed me. Told me had a update and that the parts will come off backorder 01/29/2021.

I'm on the 6th week waiting for parts for a complete rear end rebuild. They gave me an ETA for parts and they said "Around" the 1st of January.

Can you post pics of the blemishes?

Can you forward the install estimate to me also?
