Mine had same issue. Dealer said it is excess gasket material and they would just cut the exposed material off with a razor. Think of play dough and cutting it with a mold. The excess outside the mold is pinched thin at the edges and can be removed. I chose to believe them on this one.

As far as I know, everyone that had factory navigation is experiencing issues. Phoenix called me this evening and said they were going to contact their engineer to resolve. Not holding my breath. I filed for a refund, but may wait to see if they actually come up with a fix.

For those who have filed for a refund; Have you all been able to get your money back? how many days did it take to acknowledge your refund request? thanks
