HELP! GEN 1 Shock Part Numbers

For the oldies, like me, still confused, this is what I found: The cheaper ASH501 is for the 5.4 SCAB and the ASH12262 is for the 6.2 SCAB. ASH24542 is the rear SCAB. I did not find any proof, but it appears like what SCSVT mentioned above, ASH24541 must be rear shocks for the SCREW.

    Unidentified part on frame

Thank you! First time I've seen it. I was surprised. As it is free to move it makes a distinct sound, but I can't really hear it at all while driving.

    Unidentified part on frame

Hi all! Could you please help me identifying this part? I was under the truck the other day and was surprised to see it. it's a rectangular shaped "brick" on top of the frame, below the bed. it's wobbling freely, but is fixed to the frame of the truck.

    IWE noise when engaging 4WD

Hi all, I know, I know, another IWE topic, but I keep getting results regarding IWE grind issues, but not on this one.. My left IWE is making a noise when engaging 4wd. Then it runs fine. No noise at disengagement. It sounds a bit as if there was not enough lubrication between the connecting...

GEN 1 The Gen 1 Raptor Experience.

An Asian lady at the Pizza Hut counter wanted to know what kind of a truck I had. They had a lifted truck, but liked this one better. She was surprised to hear that it was a stock truck :) Again, an Asian lady at the McDonald's drive through wanted to know what this is. I told her it was the...

    Power steering issue

They didn't! That's why I am confused. The new reservoir goes in front and has fins, but I don't think I would want to say 'no' to the extra cooling off the factory cooler in that case. Anyway, I wonder how large the factory cooler is. I understand it's shared with the AC condenser(?) I am...

    Power steering issue

Sorry, I should have been more specific. So I watched some YouTube PS pump/reservoir swaps and a number of them (Like raptor therapy channel) capping off the front radiator fittings when installing the reservoir up front. He states the installation manual tells to do so. I understand it gets...

    Remote Controlled kill switch question

I'd like to find a way to be able to instal a kill switch in my baby that works with a remote. Reason is that I'd like to be able to use the factory remote starter. It gets reeeeeally Cold around here. Idea would be to disengage kill switch remotely then start the truck when needed. I found one...

Telling the difference between 2010 6.2 and 5.4

Sorry [emoji23] I just got myself a really nice 2010 Raptor and I had to make sure it's the 6.2 one. Not being familiar with these engines and mine missing the plastic cover with the ,"6.2" on it (due to a CAI) it was harder than expected to make sure it's the one I wanted. (Never trust the...

Telling the difference between 2010 6.2 and 5.4

I just figured out that the RPM redline is different between the two. If you can take a peek inside, the 5.4 starts at 5500 and the 6.2 at 6000.
