Yes, most will require you to finance if you want one. Many dealerships are taking this approach with all models. I know of two new 2023’s still on the lot in Edmonton, why not just grab one of those?

Yup, that looks about right. Maybe closer to $240,000…not ok. At MSRP in Alberta I will be paying about $165,000 with GST and Luxury. It boggles my mind how many people are willing to finance something at that value. Maybe the ADM fees are easier to swallow when spread over 5 to 7 year terms lol.
