    Bump stop travel

More or less pressure in the bumpstops won't "upset" anything, nor will it have any bearing on when the bumpstop pads contact the axle. The pressure in the bumpstop is an adjustment; the perfect pressure for your truck will vary depending on things like the normal load you carry in your bed...

    Bump stop travel

Pretty sure everyone with a stock height Raptor and a properly designed bumpstop kit will have that happen. I have the RPG kit and I certainly do. Remember that these trucks only have about 5" of up travel in the rear at stock height with no load, so a 2.5" bumpstop only leaves about 2.5" of...

    Garmin Nuvi Mount

Nice! I bet the Mini will bounce way less; the iPad 1 is a tank. It's about three times as heavy as the Mini...

    Modify Corsa Xtreme for Dovetail

On my Corsa I just took off the chrome tips and got a 45deg turndown from Summit that is tucked just inside the edge of the truck. It required no modifications to the exhaust, just pull the old tips off and slide the new one on.

    Garmin Nuvi Mount

Hey Kahuna, I used the 2x1.7" base, the 6" arm, and two different RAM X Grip mounts. If I may comment on the X Grips for just a sec (since you are planning on mounting an iPad), they hold the iPad Mini really securely (as in it won't fall out) but when the iPad is horizontal it does rotate...

10 NAV map update - sync

Yeah I don't know if you can get a new unlock code from the company or not if you buy a used disc; I would think not because that would defeat the whole point of them having codes to begin with.

    2nd battery

Having owned a few of them myself I can tell you that the engineering team that worked on the Humvee was definitely not from Nasa. It was a common comment on the Hummer forums that when you repaired/upgraded something on the H1 you felt like you were fixing someone else's engineering problem...

10 NAV map update - sync

For the 2010's at least be careful buying them from someone other than the manufacturer because it's not an SD card like the new trucks it's a set of CD's. You have to supply a hardware ID from your exact stereo when you order them and then the discs come with an unlock code specific to the...

    2nd battery

The Military HMMWV's and early Hummer H1's have two batteries mounted inside the cab, under the passenger seat. They only moved them on the later H1's to allow for passenger seat adjustment. Just FYI.
