More or less pressure in the bumpstops won't "upset" anything, nor will it have any bearing on when the bumpstop pads contact the axle. The pressure in the bumpstop is an adjustment; the perfect pressure for your truck will vary depending on things like the normal load you carry in your bed...
Pretty sure everyone with a stock height Raptor and a properly designed bumpstop kit will have that happen. I have the RPG kit and I certainly do. Remember that these trucks only have about 5" of up travel in the rear at stock height with no load, so a 2.5" bumpstop only leaves about 2.5" of...
On my Corsa I just took off the chrome tips and got a 45deg turndown from Summit that is tucked just inside the edge of the truck. It required no modifications to the exhaust, just pull the old tips off and slide the new one on.

For the 2010's at least be careful buying them from someone other than the manufacturer because it's not an SD card like the new trucks it's a set of CD's. You have to supply a hardware ID from your exact stereo when you order them and then the discs come with an unlock code specific to the...
The Military HMMWV's and early Hummer H1's have two batteries mounted inside the cab, under the passenger seat. They only moved them on the later H1's to allow for passenger seat adjustment. Just FYI.
