it’ll be fine. Unless you made some serious mods that’d majorly risk the engine etc they would have to prove that the mod itself caused a failure.

Yeah might wanna do some searching existing threads first. But yes 37s will fit with some lift and trimming. First thing I’d do is grab a winch bumper but that’s just me.

Yeah there’s a lot of them on 37s but you’ll have to trim plastic and lift a bit unless you wanna go perfectly straight

It depends entirely on the market and interest rates. If the markets not doing well then you’re better off. Could dive into the numbers but everything’s hypothetical. Two years ago the market was doing horrible and it was definitely worth it when I did it.
