As of now and what they’ve told me it’s covered under warranty. From the reading and other forum on here it’s a hit or miss whether you have it or not. But they should be able to pull that info from your vin to see if it’s been done on yours.

I ended up talking to kicker tech support and they were super helpful. They said I’d be better off with the vkl3t and having it turned on with forscan. With the auto start stop I would have issues installing a hideaway or aftermarket sub.

First post here, but also was told the same from Waikem Ford in Ohio. Taken in at 2500 mi for cam noise. Said that they could put the same parts in but could wait for the new version.
