The good ol' black screen of death. Have to be careful with warranty stuff. As if you report an issue and the dealer can't replicate it, you are now charged for labor. Guess this policy changed in the past couple of years, but I just recently found out about it.

Sorry to hear- based on what you paid and what they are offering; I agree with others, doesn't sound like to bad of a deal. I would try to squeak another $500 to $1,000 out of them.

Odds are yes - Local Ford dealer told me they can't keep inventory in, they are having a banner year for selling. I booked out my truck and was surprised at the value.

MDJAK - local dealer is getting in a baja shelby raptor in on trade. You have inspired me to see what number they'll throw out for a trade for my 18' Platinum; providing the raptor is in good shape.

Not yet - buddy I know who works at a Ford dealer said they are taking one in on trade. I figured in good condition, tops - also 75k so great minds think alike! BUT...buddy said they are having a banner year selling vehicles. My bet is they'll price it 80k+. May have to take my 18 Platinum...

Reminds me - I have a rattle in my screw f150, again, from somewhere else; that I need to take to the dealer. I've had a few rattles dealer has fixed. ****** me off I buy a Platinum truck and there are rattles. YET - I was in a wreck that was not my fault and rattles started after that; frame...

So size matters?! I have a 1/2 ton super crew Ford; it's a little bigger for sure but you'll get used to it in not time and IMO won't matter. It's nice being bigger than everyone else, you feel safer.

Kills me when people go from a 1/2 ton gas truck to a diesel. Typically a diesel is needed only for pulling, and pulling a sizable load and doing it often; and a diesel is quite the size difference even in a regular bed diesel. 1/2 ton trucks gets around town much better than a diesel. But...
