I had a lead around my stock BOV when I first installed the Cobb I/C. A little extra grease around the o-ring seemed to fix the issue.
I currently see ~19psi (+ or - 1psi) when the boost first kicks in, then around 5,000rpms the boost drops off and ends up around ~14-15psi just before...
In the slow/slippery mode the truck is grossly de-tuned (for traction purposes), and at the rate of speed that you were going it had to have been something else locking up that caused the issue. Does the truck roll freely in neutral? (i.e. there isn't a caliper that is locked up, or a hub...
My turbosmart is pretty quiet, with the windows up you are barely hear it at all (with radio on you can't hear it). Are you able to mount a gopro in the area to see if you can 1) hear the VTA, or 2) physically see the BOV cycling?
If the BOV was not plugged in it will quickly throw a check...
How are you measuing this? From the ground to the bottom of the wheel well?
If you're parked on level ground you should have a ~1.75in rake, where the back of the truck sits slightly higher.
So essentially its the same as when you install an amplifier and run the power along one side of the vehicle and the RCA's on the opposite.
I'm just curious if its the routing of the factory aux wires that is causing the issue, or if its the routing of the XL80 power that is causing it. If...
I noticed this morning that when I turned on my AUX2 switch, which triggers my XL80 A-pillar lights, that the radio station that I was listening to turned to pure static noise! Has anyone else experienced this?
Full disclosure, I was in a part of town where there is sometimes some very light...
The larger the tire, the more likely you will run into something like this. Typically however it's after 10k miles or so when these types of issues occur.
Check for excessive wheel weights on your wheels, sometimes a tire will be out of wack and it will cause several ounces of weights to be...
did you end up going with the Loc-Rac mount? Does it rattle a bunch, or does it seem pretty secure?
The hook on the one side of the jack looks like its pretty minimalistic and would rattle.
That was the only one that I found relating to the exhaust for a 2022. There is a heat shield issue noted, but it does not appear to be associated with the rattle.
Hopefully somebody has an updated bulletin that i am not seeing.
