So you are saying the fuse is physically a larger fuse? Yours looks bigger as the exterior mounted housing but the previous guy guy who showed his fuse box looked like they just relocated the same mini fuse... Maybe I'm not seeing it correctly.

I have a 2012. It has a 20 amp fuse from the factory. Mine melted last week looked burned and melted. I had to really pry it out of the box to get it out. Is there more to this kit than just a bigger fuse in a different spot?

My truck does the same thing in parking lots. It's like it sticks at high idle. Another thing, when you come to a stop does it feel like the torque converter doesn't fully disengage? Like the truck is fighting against the brakes and causes a rough idle while sitting at a light.
I didn't order mine with it. Just as Ruger stated the roof is more rigid without the hole. It also is one less place to leak. Especially if you plan to keep the vehicle well beyond warranty and seals and things start to dry out.
