I spoke with them and they are happy to help the forum members. They do really great work and I'd contact them to see what's possible. It's really worth the time.

ICON bumpstop, RXT Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Spring, Camburg TIG install: Roush Raptor

I would just say firmer when power is applied. The rear always felt jumpy coming off the line. The rear suspension now feels appropriately balanced with the front.

Great place found in Cincinnati for powder coating

I just wanted to let raptor owners know that I had a great experience with Paint and Powder Pros in Cincinnati (paintpowderpros.com). I had some beauty rings etc...powder coated and these guys have done a remarkable job and are very quick in their turn around. They also do custom wheels for many...

ICON bumpstop, RXT Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Spring, Camburg TIG install: Roush Raptor

The Camburg shackles were meant as an upgrade while I working on the springs. Its quite remarkable how much thicker and well built they are in comparison. They will not change your ride height and the polyurethane bushings ensure that any future work on the springs / shackle will be easier as...

ICON bumpstop, RXT Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Spring, Camburg TIG install: Roush Raptor

I just completed the ICON bumpstop and multi-rate leaf spring kit install. I have pictures of some of the install although BIRDMAN and others have a great detailed list of recommendations for the bumpstpp kit. I wanted to start a new thread as no where was there a place where these were both...

ICON Ford Raptor Rear Hydraulic Bumpstop System Official Information

Looks good. thanks for the pic, are you running these Icon multi-rate springs on a supercharger? If so what set-up are you using? It sounds like a standard set-up may be best if no additional weight in bed etc...

New! Full Icon Front & Rear 3.0 RXT Suspension Package

Thanks for the info Chris...glad we could get an answer from Icon on this as I had heard all options recommended from the standard as is set-up, the 10% replace a leaf, and add a leaf 20% option. It sounds like leaving the Icon springs as is may be the best bet...troubling if no on else is...

Icon engineer response "The higher rate configurations of the spring are intended for vehicles that are set up with constant additional load such as chase racks, dual spares, ect. With an unloaded truck going to a higher rate will also make the truck taller by about ½” per 10%rate change...
