Rear Window Leak on 2020 Raptor

Thanvks. I'll ask to see if another dealership can do the repair. Otherwise I guess I'll have to start emailing Ford Execs to see if they can intercede.

Rear Window Leak on 2020 Raptor

So Ford Customer Care finally got back to me today and said that since the dealership (Beach Ford) refuses to adequately fix the rear window that they siliconed.... Ford is offering me the Ford "Premium Care Plan". Basically it's an extended warranty that I'm not really familiar with but the...

    Leaking at the A pillar

In my case it was actually the seam just to the right of the third tail light between the back window and the window frame where water was getting in. I contacted Ford Customer Care back on 10/19 to report the issue and the problem I'm having getting the dealer to fix it the OEM way, not just...

    Leaking at the A pillar

I had this same problem with the rear window seam on my 2020 Raptor with only 4k miles on it. Hope you have better luck with the dealer fixing it than I did. I suggest inspecting whatever repair they do to make sure they didn't just 'patch' the leak with silicone, thats what they did on my truck...

    2020 PB 802A

When you say you "traded in" the 2019 for the 2020 how much did you have to pay in addition to the trade? How many miles did you have on 2019? Was there a reason you wanted one that was one year newer? Just trying to understand the rationale behind this.

    Convince Me...

Nothing else on the road compares to the raptor, it's the meanest looking truck hands down, it's quick (450 HP), it's got an incredibly roomy cab, it's SAFE for a family vehicle and it's got all the luxury options with the 802A. That being said, drawbacks I've had so far is that the bed is...

Percentage of raptor owners that actually really use their trucks

I bought the truck for my wife to drive to and from work, it's large, safe, and comfortable to drive, with the added perk of other drivers see you coming and steer clear. That said we do use it to do yard work, haul stuff to the dump, haul scuba gear, etc.

I like the blaze orange.... use that Craptor for target practice.

Dealer won’t give me my raptor

That's ridiculous, the dealer absolutely knows with certainty WHERE the truck is they are choosing not to tell you and instead give you the run around. $300 is insultingly low considering how much you're paying for shipping PLUS the cost of the truck. Good riddance. I would tell them they need...

Rear Window Leak on 2020 Raptor

Now that's quality work right there, why didn't they just use a roll of duck tape if they thought this was acceptable

Rear Window Leak on 2020 Raptor

I spoke with a an agent at Ford's Customer Care on Monday about this issue and she said she would try to contact the dealership and speak to them and then call me back, now it's Wednesday and I haven't heard from her yet. She didn't propose any sort of solution she only took down my information...

Rear Window Leak on 2020 Raptor

I just bought a new 2020 Raptor, fully loaded in June. In the last week I've had both the front and rear backup cameras quit on me and then found the inside of the cab soaked with water after a rain shower. The rear seat, floor mats, and carpet were all wet, and I took a garden hose to figure...
