I had this same problem with the rear window seam on my 2020 Raptor with only 4k miles on it. Hope you have better luck with the dealer fixing it than I did. I suggest inspecting whatever repair they do to make sure they didn't just 'patch' the leak with silicone, thats what they did on my truck...

When you say you "traded in" the 2019 for the 2020 how much did you have to pay in addition to the trade? How many miles did you have on 2019? Was there a reason you wanted one that was one year newer? Just trying to understand the rationale behind this.

I bought the truck for my wife to drive to and from work, it's large, safe, and comfortable to drive, with the added perk of other drivers see you coming and steer clear. That said we do use it to do yard work, haul stuff to the dump, haul scuba gear, etc.

I spoke with a an agent at Ford's Customer Care on Monday about this issue and she said she would try to contact the dealership and speak to them and then call me back, now it's Wednesday and I haven't heard from her yet. She didn't propose any sort of solution she only took down my information...
