If you have put money into mods I would keep it and enjoy it. I would consider doing some of the other recommendations people have listed and maybe a new set of wheels. It will feel like a new truck to you and last a long time. IMO there really isn't anything new on the newer trucks that you would notice other than the cosmetic stuff. If you haven't already get it tuned!!
