New to me this week just got the 2019!

Battery died in after leaving Cobb tuner on…pulled battery and re charged it. Put back in truck and now I have 0 volume control on stereo from dial and from steering wheel. Pulled fuses, reset Battery module, did master reset of sync….still zero volume when dial or steering wheel controls…all...

Same issue battery had died and pulled out and charged put back in 2019 and now no volume on radio just stays at 0
