Had a similar thing hpen. Driving up to stop sign started to brake and truck started to accelerate forward. Threw truck into neutral and it reved up to 5 grand. I had a set of boots on and when I went to btake my foot was on the edge of the brake and and on the edge of the gas pedal at the...
No need to flare. The 1/4” steel line slips inside the rubber hoses that attach to the iwe. I used 2 pieces of hard line and connected the two pieces with a 4” piece of rubber hose. The connection is in the center of the front cross member. The nicop line is very easy to bend and manipulate...
Just buy some 1/4” nicop and bend up your own lines. Takes less than a hour and costs less than 25 dollars. Run the vent lines for the iwe up to the top of the firewall. Doing this ended all my problems with iwe,s

I just replaced one of my axles and could not get it past the shock. Maybe if I spent more time I could have got it past. I do have the 3.0 fox shocks but doubt that would be the problem. Only take a few minutes to pull shock.
I should also mention that you do have to remove the shocks to remove the axles. That big lump of metal you see on the axle in the above picture will not go past the shock.
