I went through this exact scenario. Ended up getting an extended warranty out of the ordeal. It’s the vent on passenger side of the back of the cab. They will have to remove your bed to fix it the right way.

Did you ever determine if the roush tune can be put on the 2018 model?

Didn't care for KO2. Didn’t want something heavy. Just put on 37 Cooper AT3 XLT. Only about 68 lb. So far so good.

I use stadium seat pads; the kind you buy and take to football games to sit on made of 1” thick foam. This eliminates the dreaded stretched leather imprints from the car seat.
