What made you change your mind from an 800A? Curious because I'm looking at a 800A but maybe the 801A is better value long term.

Oh for sure. I was referring to an upfront deposit to "get you on the list" type of thing. I'm from LA and the dealerships I called out of state mentioned no immediate deposit until they call me back when order books open. I'm just afraid they'll stick to people on the waitlist more local...

I called almost all the dealerships on that list he has and all have confirmed that they sell at MSRP but nothing regarding deposits and/or the need to finance through them. I'm sure some of them will bring that up in the most subtle way possible lol

Do dealerships get raptors for stock inventory? I was under the assumption its a customer order unit only. The gen3 would be my first raptor if I'm lucky. Not entirely sure how the raptor markets work.
