Rupes makes arguably the best buffers on the market. I happen to own both the Flex 3401 and the Rupes 21. I prefer the Rupes 21 almost every single time. I have been professionally detailing for over 13 years. I say get the Rupes 21 Bigfoot and don't look back! It is a very easy buffer to learn...
Check out Gtechniq’s Crystal Serum Ultra. I used to detail for a living and used a lot of their products because they were some of the best I could find. And just like others have said, the most important thing is finding a good Detail shop that has experience applying ceramic coatings. And...
Looks good! Usually you can get more of that contamination out with a clay bar or clay cloth but it can sometimes take awhile. Gtechniq makes a product called Iron and Fallout remover that works great and can save a lot of time removing contamination as well...
Super easy fix! I got some red marine vinyl from Joanns fabrics and a curved needle. I cut off the old red strip and figured out how it was sewed on and copied that. Looks brand new.

I used the CarPro denim pads with a Flex 3401 buffer. I will be using the Flex PE-14 rotary buffer when my 5" plate arrives because it will cut faster then a da. I have a paint thickness gauge to make sure I am not taking too much off. Really what I am doing is slicing off the high points...
I couldn't stand the amount of orange peel in the factory paint. Here are a few before and after pictures. I removed most of the orange peel by just knocking off the high spots of clear.
I own a detail shop and I use the Optimum No Rinse product every day at work. I can tell you that it is an excellent product if used correctly. Any wash method will produce swirls if done incorrectly. If the truck has mud or a heavy buildup of dirt/grime you need to pressure wash it first. I...
Here's a few pictures I just took. The truck needs a solid detail and a few things and it will be good to go. Doing an oil change today and getting the winshield replaced.
