That's surprising. I use the motorcraft 5w-30 and change at 3k miles and i was just thinking how good it looked at 3k compared to some of my other vehicles.

I do the exact same approach and haul 2 - 300lb bikes. 06 KX250R and 18 500 EXCF. However I just use cheap aluminum straight at ramps and lay them between the bikes once they’re loaded. I use the box link and bottom hooks for tie downs.
