If the full race radiator slows the temp change, I might be interested in it. The temp seemed to move pretty quick depending on how hard I was pushing the truck. Also, I think maybe the stock intercooler might be the bigger issue for my situation. I'm thinking that my temps might be caused...

Towing up the grapevine, I saw about 234 degrees. The trailer weight was around 7000lbs. Ambient temperature was around 80-90. I slowed the speeds down when I saw the temperature hit 230’s. Not sure what the norm is. I’d like to hear if anyone’s upgraded to the full race radiator and seen...

Any of you guys notice the temp climbing a lot when towing up a grade?

The only thing that I’ve changed lately is that I carry more stuff in my bed, maybe try loading your bed with some extra weight and see if anything changes for you. Good luck.

I've noticed the sound too, probably about 3-4 times in less than 3000 miles, most of the time, I noticed the sound happening right after filling up at the gas station. It's a pretty loud metal thunk sound.
