Thanks everyone, I try to keep up on the latest when it's made available.

Mike.S ask about my boost level, I'm waiting for an email, I asked if he can paste the boost graph on the dyno sheet.
If I remember the talk is 10 psi. +/- 1 psi. depending on vehicle with stock exhaust.

If you have headers that drops down 1 to 1 1/2 psi.
Now, I believe and will confirm later, with headers you can run the 3.125 pulley
and if your willing and did all your engine upgrades the 3.000 pulley is quite feasible.
Giving you unbelievable instant boost!!!
Some of the Roush guys claim this is an advantage they have over the stock Whipple kits,
well that's out the window now with this optional upgrade Whipple offers.

I'm tempted to try the 3.125" pulley. I'm currently at 8.5 psi with the 3.250".

Whipplash is doing the 3.125 with full SW headers and exhaust I think he ordered the 3.000 too.
I don't know when he's planning on getting back to Power by the Hour and doing it though.

I just spoke with Mike (Whipple) regarding the HD Heat Exchanger w/fans and smaller pulley. Currently running 3.250" and will be testing the 3.125" & 3.00" as well. I have an appointment with Power by the Hour in South Florida July 7th & DYNO July 8th.

The 6.2L likes being Supercharged with the right Tune and traction bars.
The only weak spot is the oil pump gears if your looking to go all out on the power level.
Mid range power level kit from JDM appears to be ok without changing oil gears, but I would still recommend changing them.

There is only one company (Triangle Speed Shop) that makes the gears itself, they can be bought through Livernois or JDM.
There is another company that sells the pump and gears together that people have used, I forget the name.
JDM isn't far from you maybe about a half an hour to 40 minutes.
Are you going to do the install yourself?

We can do something to do a meet and greet.

It's Melling. Part number 10397-BR. I went with the Melling and have had no issues. I'd recommend doing the oil pump. It's not worth the risk.

The one other consideration I'd throw in with supercharging - I cracked two stock exhaust manifolds and blew out one cat before going to a full exhaust.

Has anyone swapped chargers from roush to Whipple? I have the roush stage 2 but before I upgrade to the jdm 700 kit idk if I'm better off getting the Whipple and selling the roush to get the most power

No you do not need the whipple unless you are going for 1000hp! The TVS is all you will need! I would upgrade to afco heat exchanger and do dual fans! Also would recommend traction bars lol
