I don't think we're at the point of 3D printing in stainless steel, which is what these things are made of.

Really? The SVT Department has been disbanded??? When did that happen? And Why?

We print "clad" stainless all day.

As well as nickel, inconel, titanium, copper, and also print dis-simaler metals together for rocket nozzles. Even now have technology to print aluminum, which is usually explosive in powder form.

Come on search is your friend. It can be frustrating to use the search function, but it is equally frustrating readimg the same questions being asked over and over and over again.

Doesn't bother me, I know why its being asked over and over and over again.....

I just got word from DefenderWorx that these new side vents are actually made from Aluminum. Not Stainless Steel. I stand corrected. Sorry for the misinformation everyone. Here are some images below. The larger part is the chunk of aluminum which they machined the vents out of. The silver vent, is the raw part before powder coating. The grey vent is a 3D printed model. After they design the parts in solid works, they print a sample part to ensure fitment before they cut any metal.

Also, if you don't want the Ford licensed logos, they are offering "Custom Logos" if wanted, but this can be done if a min of 10 units are ordered with that logo. For the custom logos they will run 475.00 a set depending on how many are ordered.

Funny. Just had a 3D printer salesman in my shop today. Saw some impressive stuff.

Great news! MacDonald's has dropped the price of the Shamrock Shake from $34.99 to $32.99! Now, now, don't be rude. Please wait patiently until your number is called.

I just paid $140.00 for one of the ford plastic vents and about shit my pants when they rang it up. If I lost one of these, I think I'd be suicidal!!!!

Any chance of getting one of the 3D sets made up? Those look pretty cool IMO (kinda carbon fiber look).....
