Calder, I have an idea for light covers. I just ordered a set of olympus 4.5" long throw pods (similar to light cannons). There are currently no covers available, so I was wondering if you would consider making a set of soft covers similar to what was used on the old KC Hilighters. Simply all weather vinyl, with a bit of padding for the lens area and elastic ring. Looking for black vinyl with a race red SVT embroidered on it. I fully realize the lifespan of an embroidered soft cover would be limited, but I think any lights above the headlights have to be covered when the vehicle is on the road, so looking to be safe than sorry, plus I think it would look cool.

Man if I had the resources i'd be happy to make them. I would be more than happy to make embroider them though!!

So what did you do to the visor covers? Run an embroidered border around the mirror cutout?

yep it's a lot nicer I don't have mine down that much. My wife dose when she is in the passenger seat. having the covers off for them few days sure makes me happy I did this mod.

IMO with the embroiderer around I'd make it a bigger hole to get to the mirror easier only becose it lays nice and flat now. If it's hemmed not sure I didn't want to reorder and am very happy with how the embroidery came out. FYI for anyone else with home link just leave it under the cover if you use it be very carefuller taking it out it breaks tabs off easy.

Awesome tips bud, I will be sure to make the hole a bit bigger. That embroidered outline is super easy.

I hope you like the blue, I was so busy I made the decision to do blue and figured you were busy as well.

I really like the way it turned out! I did orange on mine and its perfect now!!
