I have a rigid e series 40" behind the grill that has worked flawlessly for over a year. I bought it of treypal last summer. Recently I was on the ARDD and it quit working. Doing some tests I'm getting power to the battery side of the connector. But the bar is not lighting up I don't really have a tools to check for how much amps I'm getting to the connector. So my question is would this be something cover by warranty as I was not the original purchaser, or am I out of luck.
Thanks

It's covered. Email them then ship it out. Mine quit after 2 years and they fixed it up. Good as new.

I have a rigid on my sand car and half stopped working . They solder each board to the next maybe it is where the power wire enters the first board. It was pretty simple to work on. If you're handy maybe just peek inside. A lot of Allen screws but pretty simple. Jmho . Tim

check your fuse in the hot lead...my vision x quit working and turned out the fuse blew in there. It was only a 15amp when I needed a 25amp fuse.
