Wondering on peoples thoughts on these.
My 5.4 has 78,000 miles on it and it doesn't seem as peppy as it once did.
I'm sure over time the stock coils loose some spark.

I threw in ngk laser iridium plugs this weekend on my 6.2, it picked the power back up, it was being sluggish and kept bogging down. Mileage went to shit also.

50k here. So far back up

Yeah I through those in last year but it still is lacking the pep.

The good thing about having the 5.4L is that you only need 8.

Yeah that would suck. Man I'd hate to just change out the plugs. :crazy:

I have those on my 07 5.4, they helped out a good amount I also changed the plugs at the same time. I think it was right around 200$ for an 8 pack of them online.
