What will be the difference between these stock sized MIG and the upcoming chrome moly shackles?

So by going with the longer shackle, lowering the rear a bit, it brings the axel closer to the bump stops. How close or how far away should/can we go for off road performance?

The chromoly ones will be TIG welded, shot-peened then nickel plated.

So by going with the longer shackle, lowering the rear a bit, it brings the axel closer to the bump stops. How close or how far away should/can we go for off road performance?

We recommend the stock length versions, unless you have a leaf spring with a little too much lift and you want to lower it. At that point you'll have the same or more up travel than stock since the ride height is taller.

So they will be the same weight but stronger.?

They will be lighter and just as strong if not a little stronger than our mig welded versions. You'll tear the factory hanger off the frame before either of our shackles would have a problem.

Delrin bushings upon request?

The durometer we use for the polyurethane bushings works best. It minimizes flex but doesn't transmit too much force to the actual mount that could lead to stress/fatigue cracks. Delrin would be too stiff and transmit all the side loads and twisting to the mount. Not the best selection of materials for this part.
