I hacked off my exhaust pipes and muffler a while ago. I've been planning on installing a new single black tip at side exit before the rear tire, but I'm starting to like having no exhaust tips anywhere at all. One less thing to worry about in the desert.

Rocks will do a number on them too. My original tips got dented by rock spray when I was doing some yee-haw shit in the high desert at the base of a mountain, but ive seen others mangle their exhaust tips when doing some mild rock crawling too. CRUNCH!

The bottoms of mine are flattened out a little and I honestly can't remember what I did to do it lol.

Thats a clear indication that you were having a good time!

Yep. It's all good until you hit something to flatten them right out dropping into a mud hole...

I've learned, with both my big trucks and my lil suzi's, that running the tailpipe from the muffler(s) to exit out the side in front of the rear tire has prevented much damage; giving me one less thing to worry about.

Shorter, straighter pipes also allow it to breathe better and change the sound.

Mine goes in for her first service Tuesday and I'll talk to the SVT guys at the shop about a true dual exhaust (cats too). If none exists, we'll build one :)
