Ok, I said I was going to attempt to get a kit put together for a new Dead Pedal for those that want them because there seemed to be a lot of interest in them. So here is the deal, Freedom Motorsports working in conjunction with Craven Speed would like to put this together, but we need help with something to get it done. The guys at Craven Speed have agreed to do the fabrication side of making this kit happen, but they need access to a Raptor first for measuring everything and then for test fitting once the dead pedal is fabricated. So we need to find a Raptor owner in the Portland Oregon area or close to that area that would be willing to drive over and allow their Raptor to be used for this purpose. The person that makes their Raptor available for this would receive the first prototype kit free of charge for being willing to help us make this happen.

SO, the ball is in YOUR court. There was a lot of talk in other threads about wanting a dead pedal kit and we can now make that happen, all we need is YOU!

So who is going to be the one that receives the first dead pedal kit for FREE for offering their Raptor as the test fit vehicle? Ok, GO!

Now for the part you've all been waiting for, the price. The price for this pedal will be $89 plus shipping.

I am interested as well!
How about a whole pedal kit? Something like what Wicked Performance had?
And can you make the dead pedal work without having to modify aftermarket floor liners (weather tech)?
Sorry! But if you going to design it from the ground up we customers might as well ask for the world!!

Absolutely, tell us what you want to see.

-We had already talked about a whole pedal kit, we will evaluate it.
-Tough to work around all aftermarket floor liners available but we'll check that out too.

What else should this dead pedal do?

Something like this with the raised dimple dies for traction.

The reason for not modifying the floor liners is to maintain their waterproof-ability.
