For customers that have our single shock lower arm, down the road you can convert the arm pretty easily to the dual shock version. Just need to cut off the sway-bar mount and weld on the shock mount assembly. You can do it yourself, have a local shop do it or even send the arms to us to have done. We can even have them blasted and re-powdercoated ... you wouldn't know the difference.

We give options ... because not one way works for everyone.

To sum it up here are the options for both arms how they come from us ...

Single Shock Lower
- Coilover
- Limit strap
- Sway-bar or air bump

Dual Shock Lower
- Coilover
- Bypass
- Air bump

Photo's to come soon ....

I'm anticipating the pictures of the Dual Shock Lower with:
- Coilover
- Bypass
- Air bump

^ Thanks, but I've already seen those pics unfortunately. Really would like to see the setup I mentioned installed on a Raptor. The bumpstop in combination with the duals interests me.

with the dual shock arms the bump strike pad is moved to the front of the arm so the bump can gets mounted in the front rather than the rear with the regular arms. They dont have tabs for straps like the regular arms either

absolutely. they would just need to be repowdered. or you can set up the strap to the secondary shock mount bolt possibly

Update:

For some wheel and tire combinations a steering stop is needed only with our dual shock lower arm. Like explained in the SDHQ thread earlier, crashing the spindle into the lower arm and locking up the lower ball-joint isn't the correct way to limit the steering. We are limiting the steering at the rack by installing a press-on machined delrin spacer behind the inner tie rod joint or heim clevis. With the small spacer installed turning radius goes unnoticed as it's only a very slight change.

Here's a CAD drawing ....
