Mine works fine. I've never even done the ios6 software. I'm still running the latest ios5 software. Gotta have my youtube a google maps. Apple maps blow.

YouTube and Google Maps apps are both available for free in the App Store.

Hey Macf, try this and see if it helps...

On your iPhone:
Settings->Bluetooth
Under the Devices section you should see "SYNC", click on the "i"
Make sure "Show Notifications" is enabled.

If that doesn't fix it then you may have to delete the phone from the truck and "Forget this Device" from the iPhone, and then check these settings again.

Keep in mind it will only read new messages when the phone is locked.
