Sweet, congrats! I don't have a backflip so I can't comment but my LineX is great!

No. Don't do it. Linex protects your bed and the Bakflip protects what's in it.

You'd be the first to do this to their Raptor

Looks great, and those two products are excellent choices. I would also recommend looking into the undercover flex. It is very similar to the F1 but a bit cheaper with a couple more nice features, I gave it a shot and love mine.
