Can Outlaw Spindle Gussets be welded on the truck - without removing the Spindles?

I need these! Just don't have time to tear it all down before TRR. Can they be welded with the spindles still on the truck?

Good question.

dunno if you know this but what causes the stock spindle to fail? Lateral sheer during hard turns? Just curious as to what causes the failure. Now that I am getting hooked on offroading I probably need to get these installed. Gotta be able to make it home afterwards and I like to beat it pretty hard. (haha dont we all...)

Ya the cast spindle should be heated up before welding. You risk destroying the IWE, sealed bearing.

Maybe outlaw could do TRR special and either weld them on there or install prefabbed ones...
Great idea Greg!

Can Outlaw bring some pre-fabbed ones to TRR to sell?

Can Outlaw do this work at TRR?

Can the alignment roughly be put back so don't wear tires on drive home?

I suppose one could always take a modified Mamba approach:
1) obtain Outlaw's pre-fabbed spindles+gussets (so they're on-hand ready to go)
2) have some fun beating on truck enough to bend OEM
3) replace

That's like modification on the fly...
