It may be closer to 30%- mine put down 330whp with volant cai and Livernois tune. 20% right there, except for the fact that the flywheel hp has to be higher as well with those mods. So, it's my guess it could be closer to 30%. Unfortunately the truck was not dynode stock.

To the op- The lower numbers you posted are the rwhp and the higher numbers are called flywheel hp. In other words your making more power at the flywheel and by the time you get to the rear wheels (rwhp) your making less power. RWHP is the number the truck is putting to the ground.

Also, driveline loss is a given quantity that will not change with a change in input power.

True. Unless you get a lighter driveshaft, wheels, and or tires.

402 HP = 574 RWHP.
468 Torque = 668 to Rear Wheels.

The RWHP numbers are backwards. RWHP is 402, converted to 575 at flywheel. As far as the 20-30% torque/HP losses go, that would be erasing all safety codes to achieve max power. Good tuning is a balance between power and safety. If the engine detects stress or heat, it modifies the fuel mixture and timing. That is the 30 % loss. The engine backs off when it detects too much heat, boost etc. For 91 octane... I think these are pretty good numbers based on power and safety.

...wow... :wtf: you really do not understand drivetrain loss do you? It has ZERO to do with Safety codes.. Might want to google it before you make your next post.

It was a bit harsh, I apologize.

The trans, differentials, axles, etc are eating up power to get them moving.. During your dyno run the trans should of been in 4th and trq converter locked, so nothing the tuner did would change your DT losses from stock.

It appears you are putting down 70'ish more horsepower and 100 more lb ft of torque (at the wheels) then a stock Raptor.
