Cool 16lbs lighter than stock right now.

Per corner or all together? Lighter is better either way.

I'm trying to get my head around the cost of the Baja T/A's combined with the TR Beadlocks - 5k in total but a reduction of 40lbs of rotating mass. That would 'feel' like losing ~350lbs!!!

That could mean decent mpg's as well, maybe that's how I'll pitch it to the wife :)

If you truly don't need beadlocks don't go down that road. When you need them you have to have them. For daily driving they plain suck. Constant retorquing, some leak, tough to balance, debrie gets trapped and throws things out of balance, etc. They may look cool but unless you need the beadlock feature you may want to look at alternatives.

They also have beadlooks, they look exactly like locks but are one piece. I don't know the weight difference off hand though.

I'm running real Method beadlocks and have put thousands of miles on them since mounted up. After the initial torquing, I retorqued them at 100miles and only a few needed adjustment. Since then, not one has been out of torque. I honestly don't think about it anymore. Also, if you get a manufactured beadlock from Method, or many of the other usual suspects, they are machined perfect and balance with no issues. My truck drives perfect. No shudder on the highway at any speed and no leaks at all.

But Silverbolt is right, they are a bit overkill for daily driving.

I checked with TrailReady - the LOCKS are 34lbs, the LOOKS are 31lbs. I'm updating the post.
