When I was at college, I worked at Walmart to help pay bills. The pharmacist there was named Michael Hunt. The intercom lady was 85 years old. She called it "Pharmacy, there's a telephone call for Mike Hunt" every day for years until some new assistant manager transferred in and threatened to take her off the microphone if she did it again. The pharmacist parked in her spot on his first day at work and she had a LONG memory :lol2:

My apologies for the off-topic post, but it seems to be in keeping with many of the posts.

I'm looking forward to the camera by-pass. Ordered mine with front and rear cameras and would love to not have to put the truck in 4L and ORM to get it to turn on.

hockster. i would like to know if you have any information on the following.......

connector C2414D .... steering column control module. pins 7 and 8. these have to do with vehicle speed. the only thing up there would require speed sense would be cruise control and front camera. if you can find anything out about these wires please let me know. i will keep searching and let you know if there is more...... thanks

ok first thing,..... what is the sequence to allow nav/dvd? do you have to be in park with the ebrake set? (most vehicles) can you just be stopped? i know that just about every nav/dvd player has internal gyros that dictate wether or not you are moving, but since this particular page i am looking at shows an actual dvd input (not video in or anything like that) but it seems like this wire sends a current through into the radio allowing dvd. since dvd and nav are the same sequence to activate, there might be something here.... for any of you that have some time if you can let me know how you activate the nav would be great. also, i am curious if the nav will work above a certain speed. meaning apply the ebrake just enough to activate the nav and drive over 15mph. it kinda sucks but we have all driven faster than that with the ebrake on before right? its just another thought i have at the moment regarding this

due to the format of the info, i have not found a way to post pics of what i am talking about. i think its because its fords way of keeping the info to those who own the disc only. i will try to see if there is a way.

i cant guarantee any results but there might just be a way without the lockpick or nav-tv piece.
