Come on man... We need more info. I know you have a 2011 with a factory alarm right? You didn't get the info on what was installed, model number etc?

It is the Omega Pro-line AL-100DP.

This is a full-featured alarm designed to upgrade the OEM Keyless Entry system. It utilizes your vehicle's Factory Remotes. This system is typically used for vehicles that have a factory remote start or "all in one" remote / keys found on Ford, GM, Jeep, Infinity, Nissan, Honda, and Toyota vehicles.
A full featured remote control auto alarm
Door and Transmitter Activated Anti-Carjack feature
Panic and Valet feature included
Dual Zone Shock Sensor
Starter Kill / Ignition interrupt feature on most vehicles
Additional 18 Programmable Features, such as automatic arming
Super Bright BLUE LED warning light for your dash
Will sound vehicle's horn and flash it's lights

I spoke with the guy today and he said for about 500 bucks he can install a train horn w/ compressor and wire it to the AUX switch and alarm. He said he can program the system to only use the train horn when the doors are opened.

I live in an apartment complex so I figure if someone tries to get inside the truck and the alarm/train horn are going off someone will step outside to see what is going on. What do you guys think?

I also went with Lojack. They have something new that puts a dongle on your keychain and if your vehicle is moved without the dongle inside, it automatically calls you. Old Lojack works when you call them and let you know your vehicle is gone. if you are on vacation and come back a few days later, kiss your vehicle good bye.
