I am planing on buying a 2013 Raptor and I was wondering if these trucks come with an electric fan or a clutch driven fan?

To OP,

If your worried about heat you are going to have to go with an aftermarket Tune that will allow you to change when the fans turn on and off.
The Standard Tune has the fans come on at 214 degrees and shut off at 207, Ford does this to keep the emisions at or below the federal guidelines.

Badrap, your factory serpentine belt failed on your 2011? How many miles on your rig?

I have 57,000 now. I noticed a split down the middle of the entire belt while putting on the RPG PSR at about 54,000. Glad it caught my attention at home and not in the woods!

I keep a spare fan belt zip tied under the hood. I also drew the belt route on the fusebox in silver sharpie. I don't know why ford didn't put it under the hood.
