Kool-aid thick in here. Have everything replaced, Honda Accords don't come with defects like that and 100k is luxury car territory and it wouldn't be acceptable in a BMW, Mercedes etc. Some of the attitude here is the same attitude your carnival worker dealership employee will give you, don't cave especially on the dash.
These automakers keep pulling this s*** because their customer base is willing to accept **** poor quality. If people said 'enough' and closed their wallets as soon as it began, Ford wouldn't be making $80k trucks with the interior build quality of 2002 Kia Sonatas.

The micro scratches on the cluster plastic can easily be polished. If it were me I’d just have a pro detailer deal with it instead of letting the dealer touch it again.

Update for you guys: Went to the dealer yesterday. Showed the sales manager (who I worked with on getting the truck) he said they will make it right it’s a new truck it should look like a new truck and not have little defects like that. Now let the games begin with the scheduling, at least they didn’t give me a hard time and are willing to make it right. I actually found a couple more things like 3 dents in the door sills where it says “ford performance” and a scratch on the fender flare. All will be made right hopefully.

Make sure you check your trucks when you get them, I checked it pretty good and didn’t notice anything major!! Even the next day or when you take it home check everything again!! I’ve done multiple checks all should be good now, hopefully

I picked up my raptor Monday but left Tuesday for out of town. Got back yesterday and was finally able to experience the truck. I noticed some “flaws” in the interior, the odometer cluster has some scratches on it that can only see in some light and the center console on the driver side has some scratches on the chrome and a small chip in the black plastic where it the chrome and black meet. Shame on me for not noticing when I picked up the truck but any ideas what options are? They are small but when you pay that kind of money you expect those things not to be there…
Well the dealer actually replaced all the flawed parts… took about a month for them to contact me back after initially went in. But none the less all the parts are replaced without any other flaws with the installation!

I have a family member that works at one of the Ford factories and he was telling me about all of the issues that they have with new vehicles being built. They’ll build vehicles without having the parts and then rip them apart to put the missing parts on them later. He said that they’ve had some issues with crappy welds on some vehicles too and they just keep pushing them out.

My instrument display looked like it had scotch bright rubbed across it right from delivery. Had to be entirely replaced. Sadly, QA had taken a back seat.D

Damn, my instrument cluster has a big scratch on it right in the middle. I only saw it a few weeks later when I learned how to raise the brighness. I was so bummed. I wonder if a detail shop or a place could remove it for me without making it cloudy and blurry. I'd probably prefer a deep scratch over a blurry blob.

My instrument cluster has a light scratch in the middle as well. I noticed it after I pulled out of the dealer but its very small. I'll deal with it at some point.

You have a warranty, use it. My dealership swapped mine out without an issue and its been great ever since.

I thought I was a unique situation, but it makes me wonder more either the person installing them doesn't give a damn and manhandles them in, or they are arriving this way and they have so few screens available that QC doesn't care.
