I'm at 1500 miles. Love the truck for the most part. The one thing I've thought since driving off the dealer's lot is that the ride doesn't seem that smooth. In Normal suspension it seems jiggly and I figured out it's more composed in Sport suspension. Still, on slightly irregular roads it does not seem to glide over bumps like my Gen 2 did. Big bumps are fine, but smaller high-frequency bumps come through more than they should.

Anyone else feel the same? Is there a way to check that my shocks don't need recalibration?

Before anyone asks, my cold tire pressures are 38psi front, 37psi rear.

In my experience all of the live valve trucks are a bit firmer on the street.
Interesting. That's helpful to know. That makes sense in Sport suspension. I was surprised Normal wasn't more like my 2018 with the dumb shocks. In Normal it feels like it has all the body roll of the dumb shocks but more bouncy/hoppy ride over bumps. Also thought the coil suspension was going to improve ride over bumpy pavement but it doesn't seem to have.

Have you tried the baja/off road mode? Some say its softer than normal mode over road bumps.

Yes. It is softer over some road surfaces but also has the most body roll. I guess I'm looking to have my cake and eat it too, and I expected the live shocks to be better at that. Mostly just want to make sure it is what it is and not that I have a shock tuning issue.

Have you inspected things? Leaking shock, ride height sensors bent, there’s some dude on the Facebook group still driving around with this factory installation tool/jack. So who knows. I have my tire pressure around 35 cold, rides better than my Gen 2.

FYI I had a 2019 Gen2 (with live valve) and my Gen3 is MUCH smoother on the street and handles bumps better.
