Well.....had my first visit with dealership yesterday regarding my "clunking" with zero help. It's a long story....but, essentially....everyone was clueless and couldn't replicate the clunking, even though I was in the truck and felt it as it happened. Tech kept saying it felt fine and normal to him....ugh!!

After showing them the video and giving them the SSM....they were all stumped and couldn't tell me whether or not the tech actually found the SSM or used Chassis ears as I requested. They're response was that the tech even test drove a new raptor off the lot and the two trucks drove the same.

Received an email from the service rep about 5 mins after leaving the dealership and after she read the SSM asking if I could bring the truck back in so the "tech" could spend "more" time with my truck. So.....I'm assuming they realized that I'm not on crack and might actually be telling them something they didn't know and now want to put chassis ears on!

Going back in Tuesday with fingers crossed "we" can get to the bottom of this! Because I absolutely love my truck....but, the clunking is driving me nuts and ****** me off a little more everyday. As I've stated to the dealership....this is my 3rd raptor and this issue is certainly NOT normal!

I'll let everyone know how my next visit turns out.

In the meantime, if there's any Ford rep's lurking on here....feel free to DM me for assistance in this matter.
I've noticed that mine seem to become more noticeable the longer it's driven. When I pull out of my driveway it drive smooth for the first 5-10 minutes but then the farther its driven the more noticeable it becomes, especially in the steering wheel. I've also noticed it to be more pronounced in a certain part of town, which is why I'm going to take my tech on a field trip so that I know I can replicate it. The roads around the dealer are smoother than {insert something really smooth} and that's likely the reason they couldn't replicate on mine the first go around.

My truck should be in any day and I was apparently built 2 days before this was resolved. Any unintended noise from any new vehicle drives my insane, so I'll be interested to see how this shakes out now that people are acting on the service bulletin. Fingers crossed on mine.

My front suspension is squeaking pretty bad. Sounds like I'm driving an old POS. Its been to dealer already once and they fixed it by replacing both front strut’s top hardware and retorquing the top strut bolts but the squeak is back 3 weeks after the fix.

Anyone else have this same thing?

A squeak noise is not a symptom of the shock issue being discussed in this thread. Is your truck completely stock?

I had a feeling I posted this is the wrong thread. Wasn’t sure if they were somehow tied together.

Truck has 1.5 collars installed. Other than that, it’s stock.

I've read the whole post

I have the same problem with my vehicle, did anyone change the shock absorbers that were in the SSM 50972 circular?

Did the plastic that was loose on pole #606 solve the problem?

In my Ford dealership they only have the 21S56 campaign to close the insulators (but there are no spare parts hahaha)

I'm quite upset with the noise and vibration on the passenger floor and pedals. If someone had a home solution, I would be willing to try to solve it myself.

Thank you very much
