He’s talking about the turbo silencers. They basically look like little fans in each of the inlet pipes from your air intake and they pull right out. That gives you more of the whine/air noise. That coupled with a larger aftermarket intake will achieve what you’re looking for.

Once you vent to atmosphere with your BOV if you want to enhance that sound a Boomba adapter will do the trick. I have one on my setup which is the largest of the AFE intakes, removed turbo silencers, SVC IC, Boomba adapter w/ factory BOV, and the sport 93 Cobb tune.
No @FordTechOne confirmed on another thread those are not silencers and actually help with the air flow.

When did this happen? Link? There was definitely different information floating around about 2 years ago when I took mine out.
Check out the Engine and Performance mods for Gen 2 section and you'll find this same post title on there. Scroll towards the bottom and you'll find his answer.

Welp, just my luck I put them back in after 2 years and now is when I’ll start getting codes. If I can find them.

There is a video on YouTube of a blue fx4 that ran aftermarket down pipes and stock everything else. Whistled more, but tone of the exhaust was “basically” the same. Not sure if that helps on the raptor 3.5 but it did on the gen 1 eco.
I've noticed single exit exhaust ecoboosts do whistle more than dual exhausts. i think a single exit exhaust on a raptor would look ridiculous but if you only care about sound then that is an option i suppose. Don't know how much it would harm performance being that restrictive.

I think it would look interesting.

The intake silencers/swirler things weren’t even on my ‘20 from the factory, they can’t be that important.
