ya i got the tail lights and headlights cant compain no problems yet. although the led tail light came cracked at the end of January. RECON told me they would ship one out mid feb to me... guess what? it's still nowhere to be seen, emails sent, but noone replied. I guess ill have to call tomorrow. what a bummer, awesome looking product, made out of shit, and so is their customer service. Come on it's been a month an a half ++ for a replacement???

Gvegas, do you know who you spoke with by any chance? I would like to know if you can remeber so action can be taken. In the meantime, please send me a message with your ordering information so I can clear this up for you. Netix, please send me a message as well with your order info so I can get your issue cleared up as well.

Well I did ask him his name and he told me his name was Ryan...?

I will send my order number and as of right now I took both lights out because both lights are showing water on the inside. The email is being sent now.

That is funny, when I called about one of my headlights was fogging up, and there was moisture in them.. I also spoke to a Ryan, that said take them out and let them adjust to the enviroment before putting them back in...

Tht same Ryan "helped" me a while back when I had an issue. The guy is a tool and he's one lucky SOB that I don't live near them or I would have had a face to face talk with him.

Hmm, so either there are 2 Ryans at Recon, or that little punk is passing himself off as the boss.

Something smells bad to me here-----maybe Ryan is skeereed that he will start getting called on his questionable product. One thing is a given---will not use Recon.
