Disappointed with GJ motorsports

So I ordered a GJ motorsports quick disconnect sway bar link back in September of last year. Paid in full and I know it was a pre order, but when I asked around that time they told me they were going to start shipping in December. I’ve tried contacting them a few times, as I understand they’re busy and don’t want to bombard them, but I have never gotten a response. It’s frustrating because I know they make quality parts, I have their third brake light and it’s excellent quality, it’s just the lack of communication that’s frustrating! Has anyone here received a set, and are they even worth waiting for? Thanks for letting me vent.

If it were me, even though it's a long time ago, I would dispute it with your bank / CC, and get your money back. I have the GJ 3rd brakelight, no complaints. Don't know anything about the links though, sorry.

Their 1.9 star google reviews would have been a flag. Apparently they are having issues getting shit out the door on non pre order items. I wouldn't hold my breathe.

I ordered it directly from them. I know they don’t have the best reputation with response but damn, they didn’t hesitate to take my money haha.
Website is all automated, designed and fine tuned to take money. Not sure about the delays, Tom might be having supply issues like a lot of other places.

Same thing here. I ordered a quick disconnect sway bar link and a tablet mount back in November or 2021. Still haven't received it or a response. I've emailed numerous times, left multiple messages in the phone. Seems like he changed his cell phone # cause it's no longer in service. A little communication goes a long way. Just wanna know what is going on. Kinda ridiculous to be left in the dark for almost a year now. Dont know how he runs a business like this. I understand things happen but you need to let your customers know what is going on on their end. Customer service = repeat customers
