Same here on the non-crazy events. My wife showed me the FB post - right now we're lacking good navigation (have carplay with gaia), a way to communicate, front lights and a 2nd spare. Other than that we have most recovery gear. Doubtful that I'd be ready for a May 1 run though.

Case lights mounted high and bright are more important than front lights, I have both.
GAIA subscription and downloading maps works well for navigation north of the border.

Cool - thanks for the advice. I have the GJ 3rd light in the box waiting to install. Maybe I'll get off my a$$ and do it this weekend. I think my issue with gaia right now is that I have an older phone, but I'll try the download and see how it does that way. As for communication, heading down that rabbit hole soon.

Nice. Our runs are super low key.

I am sure I have an extra hand held VHF radio if you want to roll. Are you in the group on Facebook?

My wife is in the FB group as I don't spend a lot of time on there. I'll send in a request to join. We've got the '19 screw that we took to El Mirage as our into pic.
