E85: Impressions?

Did you return your truck tune back to stock or are you running it with the 5star tune on?

Running the 5star tune with 87 economy... I will change it after this tank full to the 93 performance... Just testing/taking some readings how it runs and fuels... So far, my view is that if you run E85 and the tune there is no problems...

I haven't tried E85 yet in my truck I'm not sure I will either it may be cheaper then 93 octane but I absolutely love my 5star 93 performance tune on this truck it just wants Togo wild haha

after the first tank of what was in my tank I ran 2 tanks of 93 octane mpg was 12 max now running the firs tank of e-30 mpg is 13 I wonder if it is just the brake in getting better or what ethanol is supposed to get worse mpg. the mileage read out with the 93 octane was 430 miles to empty and with the e-30 the miles to empty was 388 but the instant read out and the average trip read out for e-30 is 13 mpg and with the 93 octane the instant mpg is 12 and the trip also the price of ethanol with the price of the 93 octane all I needed to brake even with price was 11 mpg so I guess I'm making money running e-30 lol any way will have to try the 93 aegean when I'm done running the second tank of e-30
P.S. my title says I have a flex fuel vehicle but the filler neck says to not put any thing over e-20 in go figure.

that is why I recommend doing your own test. I like e-30 and think it is the right mix IMO.

I sell corn that makes ethanol ddg that's cow feed oil plastic diesel job's and dividends and helps support a town of over 20,000 PS the water consumed to make ethanol is evaporated back in to the atmosphere or reused. I would burn 100% ethanol if I could
