First Snow Hike

We had a dump of snow this morning, so decided to take the pooch for a small hike to Hardy Falls.

Nice place! We like doing that type of hiking also but not in the winter, most trials here close because it gets too icy and dangerous. I’ll definitely be doing a lot in the spring.

I know when I walk this trail in the winter, I am always walking near the edge of the trail where there is a bit of snow for traction, otherwise your sliding backwards to the beginning of the trail, ha ha.

that looks awesome! I've never considered a snow hike before but you've got the wheels turning for me. Provided it's as moderate as that. Sounds really enjoyable and relaxing, especially with a little flask perhaps.
